Yoga aid the mind and body. All tensions & angst in mind. Feelings of anxiety, sadness, frustration, envy, avarice, and many controls, creating more specific in mind, that come up again to the surface, subconsciously, creating a climate swings & intensity. There are 3 kinds of intensity: muscular tension, emotional tension & mental tension. These tensions can be addressed by yoga exercises.

Muscle tension can be found in hormonal imbalances, the problems of the digestive system, the nervous system or any illness. There are some tests that measure.Muscular tension can be handled more easily. use a draft Hatha yoga asanas pranayam & to manage them.

Emotional tension comes from feelings of happiness, success, love, hatred, failure, death, and much more. When emotions dominate our wisdom, make people run after the physical pleasures of life, which carries on the road to disappointment. Emotions sometimes unpredictable and hard to control.If you are unable to express clearly and hide it leaves one person high-strung. it is good if these tensions are released through dreams. In addition, it should be handled with Bhakti or Karma yoga.

Bhakti yoga leaves all your burdens to a higher power. The highest power could be God or just someone with authority. It must be acknowledged that everything happens according to his will. Is love for highest power this product you ray of light.

Karma yoga does not mean, of course, subtlety as asanas.Yoga is the mental nature, regulating emotions, brains & consciousness; it can be observed at work or at home while doing chores. This yoga develops its attitude of work unconditionally without providing any remuneration.With this mindset, you won’t have to worry about excess baggage.Discipline that takes years of Governor.

The actual root cause of mental tension is too much activity of the brain; the mind is a vortex fantasies and ideas.Over the years, multiply the power & quantity. the accumulation creates climate swings. Before it starts to affect everything around you, it is imperative that the mind is detoxified. Meditation is the best solution.

There are so many types of Meditation and all you have to do is select the right one for you. yoga has three varieties of this: Antar Mouna, Japa mantra & yoga Nidra.
