It starts with breathing
There’s a reason why many languages use the same word for “breath” and “spirit. Is because they recognize that the way we breathe determines how will other things in our lives. If we don’t breathe, we die, of course. But if we don’t breathe correctly, can deprive our bodies of many things we really need for good health.
Sitting straight and allowing yourself to breathe deeply can help oxygenate your body (not to mention the improve your posture). Good brain oxygen promotes clear thinking and oxygen in the blood carries energy to all parts of your body. Therefore, remembering to have multiple long breaths, slow and profound occasionally during the day will go far to improve your energy levels and concentration.
But the fact of slowing the same and adjust one of your body’s rhythms for this deep, gradual pace also has other beneficial effects. For example, a session of deep breathing and smooth can help lower your blood pressure. This will facilitate the effects of stress and will decrease the risk of other problems that can result from hypertension, such as dashes or stress on the kidneys.
You can practice deep breathing by lying on your back on a carpet or a tablecloth, putting a h and your abdomen and another on her chest. Breathe through your nose, deep enough that raises your abdomen. Exhale slowly and completely, by mouth. Doing this kind of breathing multiple times per day, lying down or sitting in your Chair at work, at home, or school.
Even something as simple as breathing can create a feeling of well-being and improve your general State of mind. Start with proper breathing and you have a good base to build.
