Yoga is a form of wonderful gift of God Almighty. Is art and science. The practice of Yoga helps to overcome stress and frustration that we face in our day-to-day. it helps keep our body mind and soul calm and in conditions of vibe-rent. As we all know that our mind and body are interrelated, if something happens the mind affects the body and vice versa.
Being healthy is our birthright. Visit a doctor or join a club or heath Health Center will make us not healthy. Most of us assume that be muscle is to be healthy. But unfortunately I have to say is totally wrong. Being healthy means complete harmony of our body mind and soul. Is not only muscle. Being healthy is entirely in our hands. But in today’s condition is becoming increasingly difficult to remain healthy. All kinds of evil has been in our society corruption, murder, Cut-trot competition all contribute to the progressive degeneration of the human body and mind. Observing some yogic principle we could keep good health. An internal part could find joy and strength by practicing yoga.
Health means knowing a self or our inner self. Yoga is the key to our inner self. Now is surcharged an atmosphere of whole days with tension and various types of pollution. Even our condition of work, hours and working style changed all of these factors leads to a significant amount of energy loss in our body. We are aware of this and still blame the environment condition if we catch fever or cold weather forget the whole process of heath generated with in our self-guilt. There is evidence the fact that the body itself have defense mechanism that prevent our form of body contract the disease. But when these failures defense mechanism to get the disease. Through the practice of yoga not only our mind is benefited but also intrinsic strength of the internal organs is increasing there by increasing the process of elimination of toxins and thereby increase in power immunity of the organism.
Therefore be fit both physically and mentally one should practice yoga if you invest your time in learning and practicing yoga I can assure you that “you will never regret Learn yoga.”
